1. Cancellation Notice Period
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
2. Refund Policy
For billing issues, contact us at contact@dreamhour.ai. Refunds may be considered when credits have not been used and you contact us within 30 days of the original transaction date. After this period, refund requests may not be accepted unless required by law.
3. Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are generally final once credits are delivered or used. If a payment was duplicated, credits were not delivered, or a technical billing error occurred, contact us so we can review the transaction.
4. Prorated Charges
Cancellations partway through a billing cycle do not automatically result in prorated refunds. Unless otherwise required by law, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You may opt out of auto-renewal through subscription settings when available or by contacting us before the renewal date.
6. Immediate Cancellation Processing
Cancellation requests are processed as quickly as possible. Your subscription may remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
7. Policy Changes
We may modify or replace this policy at any time. If a revision is significant, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.
